This blouse has a wide front ruffle and narrow ruffles at the neck, wrists, and hem. The cuffs have decorative snap closures. The removable bowtie (included) can be worn in two different styles, or the blouse can be worn alone. It is available in any solid color or print with your choice of button and snap colors.
