This dress was one of 6 that I created as bridesmaids' dresses for a fantasy wedding. Each bridesmaid represented a different flower. The bride designed the dresses, and I worked from her sketches. This skirt of this ensemble resembles a rose. It is made of custom-dyed dupioni silk, and also features a steel-boned corset, and a long-sleeved peasant shirt.
